Prime American Solid Oak Flooring

Our Prime American Oak flooring is a popular choice for properties where a contemporary look is preferred. The colour tone will vary from board to board and is generally a light biscuit colour with golden tones and pinkish hues. The grain pattern is fairly regular with minimal, very small pin knots.

All our solid and engineered hardwood flooring is manufactured to order in our temperature controlled factory in Yorkshire. Our timber is kiln-dried to a moisture content of 8-10%, thus making it compatible for use within a warm, dry property. We pre-plane the boards before final machining which results in accurately-machined boards which are extremely straight and flat and are a pleasure to fit. Mass produced imported floors are not made or quality controlled to the same high standards as British Hardwoods oak flooring.
