Any Remarks: When we visited your showroom at Crosshills we were able to see several different types of floors which were on display.

Your staff were extremely helpful and patient and we chose European classic oak. We spoke to a fitter (John Hearne) from your showroom and arranged a date for him to measure our lounge. The floor was duly laid over existing floorboards and we are delighted with the results. John made a first class job and our friends and neighbours are very impressed!

Timber Purchased: Character Oak Flooring – Character oak flooring skirting boards – oak beams for fire place.

Any Remarks: Excellent – we are very pleased with the new flooring. The joiners you recommended (Acorn) did a very good job. The fire surround looks great.

Timber Purchased: European Oak with wave, micro bevelled (fumed)

Any Remarks: Absolutely brilliant product. Just suited our 18th century cottage. Fitting was a dream because of high quality machining of tongue and grooving. The Osmo hardwax oil brought the colour out beautifully and the additional fuming makes the floor outstanding. We were going to buy a rug but the floor looks so good that we felt it was a shame to cover any of it other than with our furniture.

Any Remarks: Great service from Dave – Felt we could really trust him and liked his straight talking no fuss approach. Love the fact that your delivery works and is reasonably priced. Bit disappointed we couldn’t get longer lengths – but at least you warned us of this before we purchased. We would def buy from you again.
