COVID-19: Update for Customers

Following the recent Government announcement, our premises will be closed to the public from Thursday 5th November for one month. For customers wishing to stock up on selected boards before Thursday, we are extending the opening hours of our Native Timber Shop tomorrow (Tuesday 3rd November) and Wednesday (4th November) until 7.00pm.

PLEASE NOTE: our late opening on Tuesday and Wednesday is for visitors to the Timber Shop only. If you require rough sawn timbers, or wish to visit for any other reason, please call during our usual opening hours (8.00am-5.00pm) today, tomorrow or Wednesday.

Although our premises will be closed from Thursday, please be reassured that during this time we will remain fully operational as an online manufacturer and retailer. The whole team will be working on orders as usual, and we will continue with an ongoing manufacturing schedule.

Orders can be placed online, by email, and over the phone with new orders being scheduled into our production plan. Up-to-date lead times are displayed on individual product pages as usual. Our office team are on hand to answer all your emails, to provide quotations and to give updates about existing orders.

Our Flooring Showroom will be temporarily closed to visitors, however large samples of all our hardwood floors can be ordered online. To discuss your own particular flooring project, please do call us on 01535 637755 - we'd be happy to advise you.

Planed Timbers, Sawn TimbersHobby Packs and Thin Wood Packs are all available to purchase online. We'll be uploading some of our specially selected timber boards to the website over the coming days.

Orders can still be collected from our premises, but we kindly ask that you don't come into the building from Thursday. When you arrive in our car park, please call the office on 01535 637755 and a member of our team will bring your order out to you.

We will post any updates on our website and on our social media channels, so please hop across to one of the platforms and follow us there.

Thank you for your continued understanding, we hope to be back to normal soon.
