Planed All Round American Cherry Timber
Our Planed All Round American Cherry is accurately machined using state of the art German technology, ensuring you receive timber that is perfectly smooth and straight, making it a pleasure to work with.
Our timber is supplied in random lengths, which can vary due to stock availability at the time of machining. We recommend adding plenty of extra onto your total combined length requirements to allow for wastage. We don't offer a cut to length service as this slows down our manufacturing lead time.
We can machine to sizes in between the width and thickness dimensions listed, please contact our Sales Office who will be happy to advise you.
Our Planed All Round American Cherry has a heartwood that can vary in colour from reddish brown to either deep red or a lighter red-brown. It normally has brown flecks and small gum pockets. There can be marked colour variation between boards. The narrow sapwood is whitish to reddish brown, sometimes tending to creamy pink. American cherry has a fine texture and a rich satiny lustre and can be found with dark wavy streaks.
