  • COVID-19: Update for Customers (January 2021)

FOLLOWING THE LATEST GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE, WE SADLY ANNOUNCE THAT OUR PREMISES ARE NOW TEMPORARILY CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC.

Our Wood Flooring Showroom, Native Timber Shop, Trade Counter and Factory are closed to the public from Tuesday 5th January 2021.

Please be reassured that we will be fully operational as an online manufacturer and retailer during this time. The whole team are working hard, behind the scenes, to complete all orders and to continue with an ongoing production schedule. We have good stocks of timber and we are currently manufacturing to full capacity.

Orders can be placed online, by email, and over the phone, with new orders being scheduled into our ongoing production plan. Up-to-date lead times are displayed on individual product pages as normal. Our office team are on hand to answer all your emails, to provide quotations and to give updates about existing orders.

    CLICK AND COLLECT

Orders can be collected safely from the front of our premises. We kindly ask that you don't come straight into the building. Please call the office on 01535 637755 when you arrive in our car park. A member of our team will bring your order out to you. If you require ancillary products, please order these ahead of time, so that we can have these ready for you.

We will post regular updates on our social media channels, where we will continue to offer advice and information, so please hop across to one of the platforms and follow us there.

If you have any queries at all, please do contact us, we'll be very happy to help.

  • Season's Greetings | Christmas Opening Hours

We would like to wish all our customers, friends and associates a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! As another busy year draws to a close we would like to thank all our customers for working with us throughout 2019.

We've plenty to look forward to in the New Year, with exciting new products to launch and an update to our Wood Flooring Showroom. Our very popular Timber Shop Open Day is planned for Saturday 8th February and is all set to be the biggest and best yet.

The British Hardwoods Team will take a well earned break from lunchtime on Tuesday 24th December. Our office, showroom and factory will then be closed until the New Year. We will re-open at 8.00am on Thursday 2nd January 2020.

Orders can still be placed on our online shop over the Christmas period, and will be processed on our return. Please feel free to send any enquiries by email, which we will attend to on our return.

We hope you have a lovely Christmas and look forward to working with you in 2020.

  • The Mebor Has Landed

If you have been visiting our premises over the past month or so, you'll notice how well stocked our yard is with native timber logs of Oak, Sycamore, Elm, Lime and Ash; this is because today has seen the arrival of our beast of a sawmill, the Mebor HTZ 1100 Pro.
